Work

I try to approach a new painting with no mental projection or pre-conception, experimenting with techniques and using materials such as decayed metal which I gather or source, sometimes discovered as the work evolves. I always work the background first, with multiple layers, until the matter speaks to me, achieving a richness which leads to a vision that mobilises my whole being and my senses.
